• When purchasing from Stores:
  • A copy of the university ID will be taken after matching it with the national ID to guarantee that the customer is qualified for this offer.
• When ordering from the website or eXtra Mobile App:
  • If the order has a home delivery option:
    • Customer should visit the eXtra website or mobile app.
    • Click on the landing page to register interest in the offer.
    • Customer should fill the form and enter their university name and their email address with the university domain.
    • The discount code will be displayed once the registration is complete.
    • Customer must enter the code in the discount field in the shopping cart to get the offer.
    • The order will be canceled if the customer uses a private email address that is not affiliated with their university’s domain (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).
  • If the order is with the option of Collect from Store:
    • Customer should visit the eXtra website or mobile app.
    • Click on the landing page to register interest in the offer.
    • Customer should fill the form and enter their university name and their email address with the university domain.
    • The discount code will be displayed once the registration is complete.
    • Customer must enter the code in the discount field in the shopping cart to get the offer.
    • When visiting the store for pick-up, a copy of the university ID will be taken after matching it with the national ID to guarantee that the customer is qualified for this offer.

• This offer is available to Saudi citizens and residents who meet the conditions of the offer.
• Products included in the offer are subject to availability.
• eXtra has the right to cancel any order without prior notice if it does not comply with the following conditions:
  • The customer must be a university student.
  • No-show or delay in collecting a paid online order with (Collect from Store) option for more than 7 days.
  • Entering wrong delivery address or wrong contact details, or the customer is not reachable when contacted.
